
Try getting up early everyday morning. There is no better way to start the day than by forcing yourself out of bed. This gives the kick start your day badly needs. Early can be relatively defined. If 6 o’clock is your normal time, then push it to 5 A.M. If 10 o’clock is your normal time, then eight would be early. What this does is that, when you wake up the mind is already tuned to meet the expectations of the day. And you don’t have to recollect what happened the previous day and saves time as well.
Also, you start getting more hours in a day to complete your work, putting less stress on your mind.
So what happens if this means you are left with only 6 hours to sleep everyday, well, 6 hours should be fine then! Learn to sleep peacefully and 6 hours should be just fine. Now, what that does is that, it stops you from carrying your troubles with you to bed. Beacuse of this, over a long run, this stops you from carrying your office troubles to your home, and somehow a lot of issues are put in place.
